Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and payment.

A booking is confirmed once our team confirms availability via WhatsApp and the renter pays a down payment of 30-50%. The balance and the security deposit are paid at vehicle handover.

2. Cancellation.

Cancellations made more than [48] hours before the start of the rental receive a full refund of the down payment. Cancellations within [48] hours, or no-shows, forfeit the down payment. Date changes are free, subject to availability. Early return: no refund for unused days.

3. Rental period and late return.

One rental day is 24 hours from handover. Late returns are charged [IDR 50.000] per hour for motorbikes and [IDR 150.000] per hour for cars. Returns more than [4] hours late are charged one full extra day.

4. Driver requirements.

The renter and every driver must be at least [18] years old for motorbikes and [21] for cars, and hold a valid national driving licence plus a valid International Driving Permit for the correct vehicle category (category A for motorbikes, B for cars). Holders of an Indonesian SIM or a licence from an ASEAN country may use that licence alone. A passport or KTP must be shown at handover. We do not keep the original passport. Only drivers named in the agreement may drive.

5. Security deposit.

A refundable security deposit is paid at handover: Scooter [IDR 500,000] · Maxi scooter (XMAX, ADV, Vespa) [IDR 1,000,000] · Car [IDR 1,000,000] · Sport bike / sport & luxury car [IDR 8,000,000]. It is refunded in full at return, after inspection, if there is no new damage, fine or unpaid charge.

6. Handover and return inspection.

Both parties inspect the vehicle together at handover and return. We record photos and video of the vehicle, fuel level and odometer, and share them with the renter on WhatsApp. Only damage not visible in the handover record can be charged to the renter.

7. Damage protection.

– Standard Protection (included): the renter pays the actual cost of repairing damage caused during the rental, based on an itemised quote from an authorised or independent workshop, up to [IDR X for motorbikes / IDR X for cars].

– Full Protection (+[IDR X] per day): the renter’s liability is limited to an excess of [IDR 600,000] per incident for cars and [IDR X] for motorbikes. Loss of rental income while the vehicle is repaired is waived.

– Protection does not apply if the driver has no valid licence and IDP, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, carries more passengers than permitted, drives off public roads, takes the vehicle outside Bali without written approval, or lets an unauthorised person drive.

8. Theft and loss.

Report theft immediately to us and to the police. The renter is responsible for the loss if the key was left in the vehicle or the vehicle was left unlocked. Lost keys are charged at [IDR X].

9. Accidents and third parties.

In any accident, stop, contact us immediately and obtain a police report when required. Do not agree to settlements or start repairs without our approval. The renter is responsible for third-party claims and traffic fines incurred during the rental.

10. Fuel.

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at handover. Any shortfall is charged at the pump price plus a service fee of [IDR X]. Use [Pertamax] or [Pertamax Turbo] as stated for each vehicle.

11. Use of the vehicle.

Maximum two people on a motorbike; helmets must be worn by rider and passenger at all times. The vehicle may only be used on public roads within Bali, and outside Bali only with our written approval. No sub-renting, racing, towing, or commercial use. No smoking in cars; a cleaning fee of [IDR 500,000] applies.

12. Breakdown.

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance on [+62 819-7318-2351]. If the vehicle breaks down through no fault of the renter, we replace it or refund unused days.

13. Personal data.

Copies of identity documents are used only to manage the rental and are handled under our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they are settled in Denpasar, Bali. Changes to these terms do not apply to bookings already confirmed.
