Bali Rent Transport

1. Rental Duration
The standard rental duration is 24 hours.

2. Security Deposit
A security deposit of Rp. 500,000 is required for bike rentals, and Rp. 1,000,000 for car rentals.

3. Insurance and Damage Policy
The car is equipped with comprehensive All Risk insurance. In the event of
damage during the rental period, the renter has two options:

• With insurance: Pay a deductible of Rp. 500,000 per incident and only 70% of
  the rental fee while the car is being repaired. This option is recommended for
  significant damage requiring replacement parts.
• Without insurance: Pay repair costs of Rp. 600,000 per body part and only 70% of the rental fee while
  the car is being repaired. This option is suitable for minor repairs such as
  painting.

4. Responsibility for Additional Facilities:
The renter is fully responsible for any damage to additional facilities within the
car, including tires, seats, dashboard, and head unit.

5. Permission for Repairs:
In the event of an accident or other problem, the renter must obtain
permission from Easy Indo Travel before replacing or repairing any spare
parts.

6. Documentation:
The renter must take a photo with the vehicle during the handover process for
documentation purposes.

7. Usage Restrictions:
Vehicles may only be used within Bali Province. Taking the vehicle out of Bali
without prior permission will result in a fine equivalent to 50% of the rental
price.

8. No Smoking Policy: -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A fine of
Rp. 500,000 will be imposed upon return if the vehicle detects a smell of
cigarettes.

9. Prohibited Usage:
It is forbidden to use the vehicle off the public roads (e.g., beaches,
mountains, fields, jungles, etc.), to exceed speed limits, or to violate any other
applicable traffic laws or regulations.

10.Third-Party Accidents:
In the event of an accident involving a third party, the renter bears full
responsibility for any resulting damages or liabilities.

11.Route Guidance:
For routes to Lovina, renters are advised not to follow Google Maps due to
