Capacity & Booking Information

• Open Trip: Minimum 8 guests, maximum 20 guests.
• Private Charter: Maximum 30 guests.
• A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.
• Children aged 5 and above are charged the full rate.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

Bookings are confirmed once a 30% deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

Bookings without the required deposit may be cancelled after notice.

Prices apply to the year quoted and may change before confirmation due to fuel, route, activity, or government costs.

Children aged 5 and above are charged the full rate.

Guests are responsible for bank or transfer fees so that KALA SENJA receives the full amount.

CANCELLATION BY GUEST

The deposit is non-refundable.

For cancellations more than 30 days before departure, no further payment is due.

For cancellations made 30 days or less before departure, 100% of the package price is payable. These terms also apply to changes of departure date or package, unless KALA SENJA agrees otherwise in writing.

If a replacement guest can be accepted, KALA SENJA may, at its discretion, reduce the cancellation charge.

CHANGES, WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE

Guest safety comes first. KALA SENJA may adjust departure times, routes, activities, or itineraries due to weather, harbourmaster or government instructions, no-sailing permits, overcrowding, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where practicable, guests will be offered rescheduling. If KALA SENJA cancels the boat trip and no suitable alternative or rescheduled date is accepted, the unused boat-trip portion will be refunded.

Third-party costs already incurred, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and personal expenses, are not refundable by KALA SENJA.

VESSEL & OPERATIONAL ISSUES

If the vessel develops a mechanical or safety issue, KALA SENJA may provide a suitable alternative vessel or transportation, or reschedule the trip. If no reasonable alternative or rescheduled trip is provided, a refund will be limited to the undelivered portion of the trip. Differences in vessel or onboard facilities should be raised with the team promptly so a reasonable solution can be considered.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES, LUGGAGE & MEDICAL CARE

Guests must be ready at pick up point and departure time; late arrival may result in missing the trip without a refund. Guests are responsible for their belongings and luggage. KALA SENJA is not responsible for loss or damage except where caused by its proven negligence or as required by applicable law.

Guests must disclose relevant medical or mobility needs in advance and are strongly advised to carry valid travel and medical insurance. Personal medical treatment, medication, evacuation, and related costs are the responsibility of the guest or their agent, subject to applicable law. All equipment provided by KALA SENJA to guest, must be returned; lost or damaged equipment may be charged at reasonable replacement cost.

ACCEPTANCE

By paying the deposit or participating in the trip, guests confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
