Samboja was born in Bira, Sulawesi Selatan In 2020 with
purpose of coexistence people and nature spread the
awareness towards a greener, and preserve peaceful
world.
Taken from Indonesia folk tales, Samboja, she is named
after Dewi Siti Samboja, Mother of the great King of
Hindu Sunda Kingdom in West Java: Prabu Siliwangi. She
is carry the spirit of Samboja adventure and reveal the
beauty of Indonesia landscape and magical underwater
world.
Being UNESCO intangible cultural heritage from Indonesia,
we build our Samboja, Indonesia traditional sailing vessel
with 90% part of Phinisi was made from ironwood carved
by local’s hand. We operate to connect with the spirit of
‘Indonesian’ Culture, People, and Exotic Flora & Fauna. We
sail with novelty ship, experienced crew, and
attentiveness of service.

TERM & CONDITION
A. PAYMENT TERMS & BANK ACCOUNT
30% of the Cruise price is paid upon booking and the balance
is due 60 days prior trip. All the booking must be confirmed
with the data mention valid Identification (Guest Name,
Nationality, Arrival/Departure date, Flight Detail).
Please select any of the payment option below and precise
which on upon booking. Please keep in mind that lengthy
transfer duration often occur, especially during public and
religious holidays such as Ramadan and New Year.

B. PRICE
See above and all details on the pro forma invoice or on the
invoice sent as attachment to this document upon booking.
Samboja Liveaboard has the right to increase the prices due
to unforeseeable circumstances such as extreme
Government fee charges or extreme petrol price changes.
C . LAND/SEA TRANSFERS
All the transfers from/to the airport to the boat, or from/to
your hotel are covered and handled by Samboja Liveaboard
on the cruise start/end dates. Please communicate with us
in advance any information related to your arrival /
departure / hotel.
Check-in / Check-out from 8am to 10am on the start and
end dates of the cruise.
D. CANCELATION
From Client Side:
more than 60 days prior trip to departure, 30% of the total
cruise price will be charges as cancelation fee. 59-0 days prior
to departure 100% of the cruise will be charged as cancelation
fee. If the guest decide to postpone his cruise for the same
period or portion, the deposits made can be used pro rata to
pay this future cruise depending on the price and availability.
From Samboja Liveaboard:
if Samboja liveaboard is unable to deliver services speci- fied
in books due to operational failures, alternative arrangements
of equal or superi- or quality will be offered or full
compensation of all costs directly relate to the booked service.
The guest may be charged for partial provided service. In case
Samboja Livea- board is permanently unable to deliver
services the booking due to circumstances beyond control;
such as natural disasters, war, riot etc, the Legal Code
Indonesia applies. Each will be considered according to its
merit in order to find a commercial responsible solution for all
parts.
Cancellation by Samboja Liveaboard or Client are to be in
writing and acknowledged by both parties.
E. FORCE MAJEURE
Force Majeure is defined as any cause attributed to Acts of
God, accidents, natural disaster, weather or other
occurrences beyond the reasonable control of Samboja
Liveaboard and not caused by Samboja Liveaboard
negligence. No warranty is made as to the suitability of
weather with respects to the cruise. If a Named Storm
threatens or is forecast to threaten the expected location of
the cruise as determined by the Captain or Cruise Director in
his/her sole discretion, Captain or Cruise Director shall have
option of terminating or cancelling the charter at any time
that he/she deems necessary. No refund is provides for
cancellation du to Force Majeure
F. ITINERARIES
Please keep in mind that the itineraries discussed prior to
any cruise are sample itineraries and that daily programs
are subject to change due to weather and sea conditions,
availability of safe anchorage, government regulations and
other factors. Every effort will be made to carry out the
schedule as planned but program changes may occur
during the cruise to take advantage of local cultural events,
to adapt to sailing conditions, or in response to other
factors.
